Madison Poole has finished in the top 5 in the Ice Hockey Skills Tournament against competitors all around the world at 2016 Winter Youth Olympics. In Ice Hockey Skills, Athletes compete in six disciplines; fastest lap, accuracy, skating technique, fastest shot, passing precision and puck control. The National Womens Team will be competing at the Division 2 Group B World Championships in Spain, starting February 29th. After finishing in fifth place in a tight group last year (two points behind third place Spain) the Australian’s will be looking to challenge for a medal.
