2005 Youth Mighty Roo team player “Jarrod
Seymour” has been picked 6th in the 3rd Round (46th
Overall) in the 2006 OHL Midget Priority Draft. The Sydney
native was a member of the 2005 Mighty Roos “Gold Medal”
winning IIHF Division III team. The 190 cm./80 kilo. defenceman
played for the Toronto Marlboros, this past season and now
heads for a chance to play in the best junior hockey league
in the world. The 16 year old Mighty Roo player has an opportunity
of a lifetime to make the famous Ottawa 67’s who have
had 150 players drafted to the NHL.
