Insurances, Policies & Regulations: Member Registration

All persons wishing to participate in games, competitions or events organised by IHA, or a Member State or Affiliated Organisation of IHA, is required to register as a member of IHA. Each Member State is required to register every State Member with IHA on an Ice Hockey Australia Member Affiliation Application and Declaration Form.

IHA Member Affiliation Application and Declaration Form is a pre-printed form. Copies of the form are available from State Associations or clubs.
