A number of national tournaments are held each year, hosted around the country and rotating venues annually.
Phil GINSBERG 13U
- The Phillip Ginsberg National Championship is the interstate tournament open to players aged 13 and under.
Kurt DEFRIS 15U
- The Kurt Defris National Championship is the interstate tournament open to players aged 15 and under.
Syd TANGE 18U
- The Sydney Tange National Championship is the interstate tournament open to male players, and female goaltenders, aged 18 and under.
Stephanie BOXALL Women
- Women’s National Championship to the Stephanie Boxall National Women’s Championship. The tournament’s new name honours Stephanie Boxall, a founding member and former captain of the Australian women’s national team and a two-time winner of the McKowen Trophy
Jim BROWNS Men
- The Jim Brown Shield is competed for in a series of games between state representative teams in what is called the Australian Men's National Ice Hockey Championship. Senior men aged 17 years and older with the condition that players of the Australian Ice Hockey League that are 24 years and older must have played less than 6 games to remain eligible
