Expression of Interest: 2026 U18 and U20 Men’s National Teams – Player EOI Now Open

Ice Hockey Australia is pleased to announce that Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open for players seeking selection to the Australian U18 and U20 Men’s National Teams for the 2026 IIHF World Championship campaigns.

These prestigious tournaments are the pinnacle of junior international competition and an incredible opportunity for our top young athletes to represent Australia on the world stage.

📍 2026 IIHF Championship Locations

• U18 Men – The Australian U18 Men’s Team will compete in the IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship Division II Group B, to be held in Belgrade, Serbia in April 2026.

• U20 Men – The Australian U20 Men’s Team will compete in the IIHF Ice Hockey U20 World Championship Division II Group B, taking place in Belgrade, Serbia in January 2026.

These events provide invaluable international experience and the chance to compete against elite junior players from around the world.

📅 How to Apply

EOIs must be submitted through the official online form. All interested athletes should ensure they meet eligibility criteria and submit by 1st July 2025 to be considered.
