Expression of Interest: IHA Women’s Coordinator

Ice Hockey Australia (IHA) is excited to announce an expression of interest for a Women’s Coordinator, a key role dedicated to advancing the presence, participation, and performance of women and girls in ice hockey across the nation.
This voluntary position will play a role in growing and elevating women’s ice hockey from grassroots to high-performance, helping shape a more inclusive and sustainable future for the sport in Australia.
The Women’s Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and delivering programs that increase female participation at all levels—from first-time players to elite athletes—and contribute to the development of a strong, visible women’s hockey community. The role will ensure that initiatives are aligned with IHA’s strategic goals and core values of integrity, community, and excellence.
In this position, the Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders across member associations, clubs, and the international ice hockey community to ensure women’s hockey in Australia continues to grow in momentum, profile, and opportunity.
