2026 IHA U15 Boys Australian Development Team – Expression of Interest

Ice Hockey Australia (IHA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and committed individuals to join the 2026 Australian U15 Boys Development Team management group.

The U15 Development Program plays an important role in identifying and developing emerging athletes, while providing coaches, managers, and support staff with the opportunity to contribute to the future success of Australian ice hockey.

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to athlete development. Successful applicants will work together to create a high-performance environment that supports player wellbeing, skill development, and the values of Ice Hockey Australia.

Appointments will be based on an applicant's experience, qualifications, leadership capability, communication skills, and their ability to contribute positively to the overall team environment. All positions are expected to work collaboratively with Ice Hockey Australia, fellow team officials, athletes, parents, and key stakeholders throughout the planning, preparation, tournament, and post-event review phases.
