Expression of Interest: Referee-In-Chief
 
Ice Hockey Australia (IHA) is excited to announce an expression of interest for a Referee in Chief (RIC). The Referee in Chief is responsible for the leadership, development and execution of a nationally integrated officiating strategy that drives development across all levels of ice hockey in Australia. This role works very closely with the High Performance, Player & Coaching Heads, IHA Directors and respective subcommittees.
 
This role will oversee the execution of the IHA officiating Ice Hockey Strategy.
 
The RIC will ensure consistency across state associations, provide national leadership in officiating best practice, and work closely with Sport Australia, the Australian Sports Commission (ASC), Australian Institute of Sports (AIS), and the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) to align with global and domestic standards.

· Relevant certificates, qualifications, and training (hockey and non-hockey related), including a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
